Coffee is always made differently even when you specify what you want! By the time you get to work you realized you've wasted your money! I gave a three star because twice it's been made to perfection and I give credit where it's due.

I'm not sure who actually trains these employees or if they just walk in and are hired off the street. Clearly says a lot about who is running this store. I go here simply because it's convenient however they literally get your order correct 50/50 percent of the time. Today I ordered a large vanilla latte. I got back to work to find I got half a cup of a drink and no vanilla???!!!.. and please don't get me started on the guy at the window. No hi, bye..thank you..not a single word as he took my payment then gave me an incorrect order! The girls behind the counter yell and swear right in front of customers. They have their do not care attitude here...which they seem to miss the point that the paying customers are why they have a job! TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN!!!!!! wreck.

Terrible service had to wait 15 min for the most basic items ...employees were clueless about everything! Sadly, I could answer other customer's questions better than they could!
