Never had any issue before this, I ordered a Large hot coffee Always make sure I repeat my self self that I need coffee to be hot not cold. They gave me a cold coffee, literally had to trough it out, I didn’t have time to turn back and return it

The people were very nice and courteous

Coffee here often is NOT fresh and hot, unlike most DD stores. I've had cold coffee, stale coffee and rancid cream there in the last 2 months. Sorry, this DD location just seems to lack quality staff.

Good service, ok parking, and decent coffee

I'll come here again, however 6 times out of 10 my order is never right. I also order something, get to the window to pay and THEN they tell me they are out of a product. This holds up the line.

I usually dont have an issue with this dunkin however today the lady that served us was rude. I beleive her name was naaem. She asked me and my husband what we would like and I said I would like a frozen coffee.. She looked annoyed at the idea and quickly walked away behind the wall where she was no longer visable. Drive thru was packed so I thought maybe she ran over to help them. She comes back and asks anything else? My husband goes yes i am getting a frozen coffee as well. Her response "You could have told me that so I could have made them together...." I said well you could have asked, how was I supposed to know she ran off to start it before we were finished ordering, even if I did how did I know she could make multiple in one etc etc. She then says it AGAIN. My husband stated how we didnt have a chance considering she litererally ran off. I work at a brueggers and I get it can be frustrating but have respect. Set my mood off for the morning.

They would honer a sandwich promotion even though they had a big sign out front advertising it.

Love the services make the order just as ordered

Terrible wait in the drive through. Gets the ONE coffee I ordered wrong, "fixes" it and hands me a iced coffee with coffee dripping off the sides which gets all over me and my car. Collect your brain cells people, your job is not difficult.

No surprises, but good service and reasonable prices.

Not conscious of customers coffee. My coffee sat on the counter with no lid while worker attended to something. SOME PEOPLE WANT THERE COFFEE HOT AS POSSIBLE!
