Other than the drive thru being a mile long, they have an excellent selection and generally work quickly.

I am so disappointed at what’s happening at this location. I’ve been coming for several years but for the past 3 months it’s became dirty with spilled drinks on the floor, counters are always dirty and the new self serve coffee machines are always empty anytime I stop by even before 4 or 5 pm and they close at 9p so don’t know why there’s no coffee in them so you can’t do self serve. Place has become a little “dumpy†and I can’t sit there and enjoy my coffee so I now go to the other Dunkin.

Love the place. Always great customer service. Plenty of seating if you want to hang out with a friend and chat for a little bit. They also own another one on route 9 N near shop rite/david's bridal in Freehold. Met the son, who runs them...good business sense. I hear they (family/son) also own the one on rt 33, freehold, too, but haven't been there. Got my business!

Manager was rude. I simply asked for the 2 for $5 without bacon but that was not allowed. Even though I have done this without issue at multiple locations including this one in the past!!

This is the best location in NJ! Something about the donuts are "fuller", coffee is fresher, just everything. This is my daily guilty pleasure.....

normally I would save, however, this particular visit to rte 9, Adelphi in freehold left me surprised and not in a good way. the peep donut was great but the self serve coffee tasted burnt. i loveDunkin donuts but not this time. the staff at the register was pleasant and cheerful.

Love the apps double point pre order Wednesdays. This DD is always clean, people mostly friendly and I also love the choice to make my own perfect coffee if I want.
