Drive thru is extremely slow with innaccurate service. Best to avoid it if you have any other options on along your morning commute

Place is short staffed, wait is more than normal so if you are in a rush do not go there. Staff is friendly and helpful and store is clean. Just slowwwwwwwwwwwwww

The only reason of this place that I give 5 star is Nelly. Other than that this place sucks! This is shame for dunkin donuts! People don't come to work when they want and what's funny the do continue work there still. Obviously no one controls the performance. If it would be so Nelly should get the best promotion for a long time ago. The only reason I go there is Nelly as well. I was shocked today. She was by herself only at there and was doing everything. She was working I guess for 5 people and it's not the first time. Meanwhile she was super hardworking, polite and professional! She probably deserves a senior managerial roles within the corporation. We went here about 4 pm on a tuesday. You could not even walk in the store with all of the kids out of school just hanging out. They did not have many items and no one was behind the counter. We left and went to another place..

Pay attention to this place reviews. They appear to be posting there own reviews. They are I'll prepared, unprofessional, and slow. First, the lady said I could not order a dozen doughnuts because they did not have enough. Secondly, I had to wait atleast ten minutes for six cold dougnuts. Then, I recieve a variety of doughnuts that were thrown together. Plus. They appear to be stale. We ended up just throwing the doughnuts away and leaving. I was too frustrated to even deal with the lady who served me. She seem unqualitifed. I suspect the owner through anyone at the job and just said make it work. I will pay you at the end of the day. I would skip this place.

Today is 9/11/18 and I went at around 9:50am. I loved the customer service. Both, the cashier and cook gave their 100% by cooking to the perfection and asking if I liked my coffee. I loved my coffee and donut fries. I wish them success within DD.

In my 2 visits I had to wait for about 15 min each for croissant and cap of americano because there was only one person serving drive through, front of the store and preparing orders and it was in the morning. Hire more people and don’t be cheap or you will loose I’ll the business.
