I appreciate this location so much. The Donald Ross location ALWAYS messes up my order and I won't go to another location now. Everyone here is friendly, I just don't have the brain capacity to remember everyone's names or else I would list you all. I do need to mention Travis. (I asked for his name) He is always with a smile on his face and treating everyone like an actual human being! I thank you! I have worked the customer service industry and trained customer service to others. It is key when running a business and he's a great one! Happy Customer who desperately needs Iced coffee on some days :)P.s. I go in the morning only. Not sure what the rest of the day is like there but the Morning staff is amazing!

Every night I mobile order before 7:45 at this location and they have the doors locked. How does it say online and on the app that they close at 9 but when you get there it’s closed? It’s happened the past few nights this week and the people working there are rude as can be about it. Really wish the owner of this location would go in and clean up this location. Will not be returning

Joshua aka Superman is an amazing new employee here. This Dunkin usually has longer lines during certain times of day But this man came from the back and yelled he was going to “bust down†this long line. He took 5 customers orders in under 5 minutes! Totally made us all happy with his enthusiasm. Such a hard worker too, I hope he’s always there when I come in 😆

I’ve become incredibly irritated with your evening staff. This is now the third time in two months that it has been the SAME person TO MESS UP MY COFFEE EACH TIME. I stop and grab my evening coffee before headed to work at this location now and again and each time I’ve done so and it’s NOT BUSY. It is the same person who makes my coffee and gets it incorrect.

This location needs new management ASAP!! The staff is VERY slow, not friendly, untrained and have ZERO sense of urgency. I am a regular in the morning before work and always order on the App so that I do not have to have wait in line. I'm usually still waiting there 10-20 minutes for a coffee and sometimes an egg sandwich. And I'm not the only one...there's always a large group of people piled in the back of the store also waiting. This morning a woman ahead of me said she ordered at the counter and was there 30 minutes for a wake up wrap!!! This is unacceptable for a "fast food" location. Something needs to be done.
