Superb service! We stopped in the morning of Thanksgiving 2018. There were only a few associates there. The cashier was cheerful and dancing! The gentlemen making my food took a few minutes, and he apologized and gave me an extra sandwich! Great attitudes! Especially for people working a Holiday shift!

Store recently reopened in 09/2018 after renovation and expansion into a full-size restaurant. Very nice considering the phone booth feel of the old store.Service at the counter is slow, but those serving are courteous. Products are good quality.

Horrible service. They need to hire more engaged employees.

I wish this store would get a new manager. I have been to this store on multiple occasions and witness the “manager” mistreat her subordinates with a sharp tongue and thereatening demeanor. Get with the program #DunkinDoughnuts

Good start of your day is the way to go

Recently doubled in size with full renovation. I've been told they had run out of doughnuts at 11am and no plans to make more so I quit going. I happened to be in the same shopping center this morning. Gave it another chance and it was great, nice staff, display trays full, plenty of places to sit.

This is my first time coming here.Seems to be renovated. So still OPEN.Looks nice.I asked the worker if they had the pink doughnuts with sprinkles.She look clueless so she asked for some male worker in the back.Can't tell if he was assistant anything to this business.I asked about the famous pink doughnut with sprinkles, and he never heard of it.Who doesn't know the doughnut from the Simpsons?Where do they hire these people? If you work at a Doughnut shop, then know your freaking doughnuts. I do not trust a doughnut place who don't know their doughnuts especially one that is even used in their advertising on their official website.Shows an employee who does not care about where they work.They were clueless and unhelpful. Really lacking.The store looks nice but hardly any choices for a dedicated doughnut shop.Poor management! First & last time I visit this place.

Entered store 1/7/19 12:30 pm planning to eat there. No other customers in store. Saw a cashier and a cook. Ordered food. With bagged food in hand, could not find a clean table. Went to restroom to dampen a napkin to clean a table. Wife suggested we take food home. Ordered 2 chocolate covered donuts. Cashier put them in bag - first one face down, second on top of first (no tissue). Guess how much chocolate stayed on the first donut and how much stuck to the bag? Training needed there.
