Clerk was nice but it took ten minutes to get a plain cup of coffee. We had already ate our doughnuts. My specialty coffee took only 6 min. Poor girl didn't have enough help..I guess

No chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip or sherbet ice cream. Just gave up asking what they had and went with chocolate.

This is my favorite ice cream and I have to drive 45 minutes just to get my fix. I call in ahead of time and have them prepare my order before I get there and place it in the back freezer. They are normally very accommodating to my request and I tip generously because I don't have to sit there and wait. The store is very clean and the employees always greet me with a smile.

They've got some pretty nice ice cream butt he options are really overwhelming and sometimes they make you wait a crazy long time.

For some reason, they never have Rocky Road when I go!also, I noticed that a lot of the ice cream has frostbite on it, which really affects the taste.This particular store, does a terrible job with a variety of flavors.It seems like every time we go, there is a plethora of exotic varieties, but never enough of the staple and most popular ice creams that people come for!

They didn't have the ice cream I wanted out. Nor did they have waffle cones. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. The lady that helped us didnt know what she was doing. But all in all good ice cream.

This was definitely a different experience for me, maybe because of where we were. I don't usually go near Pell City, but we had not had Baskin Robbins in years and were excited to experience it with my family. The server had long hair and hairy arms and NO GLOVES! They had him working the register. He was touching the money and the actual cones (not on the paper part). His arms and fingers were touching the inside of the tubs of ice cream. I asked him politely to wash his hands before preparing my cone and I totally offened him. He was whispering rude things to the other workers about me who wore gloves.

The food here is awesome, but the workers have a scowl on their face every single time I'm there. Like they can't be bothered. Makes you not want to go.
