Worst Dunkin ever. Went twice while on vacation. First time, we ordered two sandwiches, one on an everything bagel and the other on a croissant, caramel craze latte, hash browns, and a black coffee. After five minutes of waiting, they tell us they are out of both everything bagels and croissants. The hash browns were cold, burnt, and smashed. The made a regular caramel latte. The second time, we just got a caramel craze iced latte and a black coffee. The two other people with us both for the blueberry iced latte. We waited for five minutes, and they started giving out orders for people who ordered after us. We waited a few more minutes, and asked where they were. They totally forgot to make them. It took another ten minutes to make all of them, and they still got one completely wrong. We didn’t ask them to fix it, because it would have taken forever. Good luck everyone

Dunkin is consistently Dunkin...good coffee, good donuts,clean, great efficient wait staff except some of the summer college age staff don't listen and mix up orders.

Disorganized and awkward. Poor management. Employees are only as good as their leadership. Cold food and wrong orders given. Always a disappointed at this location. Money and time is best spent elsewhere.

I don't usually post reviews for chains but this is definitely one place I make an exception. This crew goes the extra mile to be friendly and brighten your day with more than just your coffee. The crew is polite and they all seem like they are happy to be at work! The manager in the morning is so nice and he has excellent customer service skills (something I do NOT have so I'm always impressed by people who are so great at it). This Dunkin is my favorite!

Really slow service, when I arrived there was massive line moving one car every 2-3 minutes. Once I finally received the coffee I ordered it was disgusting and not at all what I ordered.

Whoever works window today at 130 is rude throws the bag of food.Forgets to add bacon as I subbed it for the egg.I go in stand at counter for 5 min at least to watch multiple employees just walk by me.This is not the 1st time this has happened to me.The cost for as coffee and a sandwich could..
