Great staff not enough ice... Warm iced coffee...8/

This location gets my order right about half the time. I thought maybe they were misunderstanding me at the drive-thru, so I started doing mobile ordering. That seemed to help a little, but my order is still wrong about half the time. Also, there is a long wait even if there’s only one or two cars in the drive-thru. I think I’ll drive a little further for a better location.

Newer store, horrible food prep. Ordered food multiple times from here. Almost every time my food was cold and on two occasions the English muffin was literally frozen in the middle. Wont be giving them any more chances. By far the worst DD I've ever visited.

I love dunkin the employees were good and I like the coffee more than Starbucks so like yeah

Today I stopped in with an order of 4 coffees and 2 breakfast items. Nothing overly crazy but they were out of everything it seemed like. Two if the coffees I ordered (one vanilla other french vanilla) for two co workers of mine and when they got them the had not put vanilla in either. The bagle I received was supposed to be toasted with cream cheese, it was barely toasted if toasted at all and it literally looked like they ran a knife over the bagle with spread on it once and closed it up. The girl taking my order kept cutting me short clearly trying to just move me along and seemed rather perturbed that I had an order over two items. Truly the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin donuts. I guess I will have to find a different Dunkin to go to.

Employees are always friendly. There always seem to be too few servers in the morning so usually takes a while to get served. 5 stars for the employees 3 stars for management not having enough people work in the morning rush.

DD has really brought in a whole lot of new coffee styles and flavors. My favorite is the frozen coffee. The donuts are fresh and the service generally good.

Just left there and the frozen coffee tasted disgusting. I absolutely hate mocha and it tasted like they put some in when I didn’t want anything in it. Highly disappointed.

Service is only fine and one worker clearly wasn’t wearing a mask right on purpose

This is the slowest dunkin I have ever been too. The poor girl at the register just can't figure things out. She seriously needs training. If you don't have half an hour to spend here then do not go here.

At least the food was relatively warm. I paid, waited, she came back to the window and asked me what the order was even though I JUST paid for it. Then i was asked to pull forward, waited five or so minutes for a bagel and hash browns, I went in even though she said she would bring it out to me which is why i pulled out of the line in the first place. I watched her grab my bag off the counter which was already done and sitting there. I left hastily because even though my job is a quarter mile away, i was late because of the wait that was supposed to be in and out. I won’t be returning.

Was quite dirty. The donuts were good, but for some reason my app would not work, I had plenty of money on the app, no other alternative option by the store. Completely ridiculous. Probably won't be back to this location

Had a great experience . The service was impeccable and usual good coffee. Will definitely be back!
