No glazed donuts! How does a donut place that is open 24 hours, not have GLAZED donuts???

North Griffin store has no leadership. Got my coffee order wrong twice before giving me what I ordered and gave attitude the entire time while doing it.

Normally good but today they gave me expired chocolate milk. Didn’t realize it before taking a sip... looked at the date. It expired March 24th. This should not be happening. Unacceptable.

The ice creme and coffe is amazing but, the staff is not. They are extremely rude. It took 5 minutes just for someone to answer me in the drive through. When I got to the window, the lady was rude. Better customer service please!

I've got to say I'm somewhat surprised in hope it is simply the exception to the rule. Today makes my second visit this month around the same time of day which was approximately 7:15 p.m. and the donuts that I received have so far been pretty stale. And the selection was extremely Limited. They were out of several choices. However even though there are only limited choices I still purchased a dozen and testing three of them so far I've been disappointed. I've always been a big fan of Dunkin Donuts but for the first time I'm considering I transitioned to Krispy Kreme. Again oh, this is my second visit to this particular location with the same result. I hope this will not Remain the case but currently I confess it will be advantageous, should you visit, to test it before you purchase in quantity. Doc Scott

Always receive excellent service here. I frequent this location prior to work three days a week and they know exactly how I like my coffee and always get it right. Great staff.

Location access can be slightly difficult with it being immediately to the right accessible to northbound traffic only. Staff was friendly and order was received in a reasonable amount of time. All the food was fresh except the coffee.

I love dunkin! The Griffin location is awful though! The girls who are working right now. 4:05 p.m april 25th 2020 should really be trained on customer service skills. Treating and speaking to guests rudely and with disrespect is unacceptable. Not knowing what your job has to offer is nothing short of disappointing. Do better!

Good ice cream

Everything was great except the fact that the air was set on 45°. It was freezing in that place. I guess that is what they mean by "iced latte".

Good food

They let my service dog in and gave him water. Very friendly
