Average experience each time I have come here. But I was really happy with the swift fulfillment of my order during my most recent trip. I gave them a big one (dozens of items) and they jumped on it immediately.

This is my go to Dunkin’ in Westwood. In our tiny town of under $15k there are now 4 Dunkin’ Donuts. If that isn’t the most Massachusetts thing I don’t know what is. This one always seems to have the best coffee. Not sure why. Coffee from Dunkin’ is pretty much coffee, but maybe it’s just a bit fresher. It’s not a big deal. What is a big deal is the drive through, which makes taking my daughters in their Pjs possible. Through in the discount for buying 4 muffins and this place has become our regular choice for really early weekend morning donuts.

It's a fast Dunkin', with a drive through. Service is always quick and friendly on our morning commute.Wish they had an order-ahead option, since this location is so convenient.

Very rude service! I was getting coffee by using drive-through and it was no trash so I would be able to drop an empty "Dunkin Donuts" cup. So, I asked at the window to take it. They told me they are not allowed! When I explained that there was no trash in a drive-through they told me that they are tired to empty it out ... and in a rude manner that there is one at the front of the building. Isn't it defeats the purpose of the drive-through if I have to get out of my car to throw out an empty cup?
