Good donut and a nice vanilla chai.

Service is always slow. People who order large orders they should make a parking space for so they can have them pull over until their order is done so the rest of the people that only want coffee don't have to wait.

Very bad experience using Drive Thru. Ordered 3 donuts got 2. Hot Chocolate was only 3/4 full and not warm. It was Valentines and they were busy but that is not an excuse.

Lets be honest here, this is the most busy dunkin around, staff is great, funny and will help with anything you need, everyone makes mistakes, i sure do!

For the most part this is/was my favorite Dunkin in my area. However, I’ve asked for a bakers dozen multiple times there; the staff doesn’t know what that means and tell me “they don’t do that here”. Some of them have even given me attitude about it too. How do you work at a donut place and not know what a bakers doze is? I used to work there and know they did it any time someone asked for it. I became so frustrated I just stopped going to them all together. I would recommend daylight donuts more. Not only do they know what a bakers dozen is, they give it to you without attitude, and the donuts are actually fresh everyday.

No staff to wait on customers or fill orders promptly. Left after 15 minutes in line waiting...with no food or drink. Very disappointing.

Love this Dunkin Donuts, I make my stop here quite often due to it being on my way to church. They've never let me down here!

Slow, tried giving me someone else's order at window

Poor customer service and long lines. When I arrived the line was out to the street so I decided to go inside to order. When I got in I waited in line behind 5 or so people. When I got the front of the line the person behind the register disappeared for over ten minutes. During that time other employee were laughing and joking behind the counter. Management needs to be replaced and the employees need to be retrained.

They were out of just about everything we tried to order (Frozen lemonade, several kinds on coolattas, and most flavors of donuts and munchkins.

Smallest donuts section ever, sold out of most each time I go, so good luck getting one. Also my previous drink was totally wrong, the front doors need some TLC and wd40 for the squeaking. Looks like a nice sit-down area tho, chair outside as well

Very friend and the shift leader Kayla does a really good job and the crew is doing there job and has my order made right

A month ago I gave 5 stars because of the immense improvements noted...today they are back to their old ways. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Several people who ordered wraps did not recieve them but were still charged. Apparently the wraps were frozen. Instead of offering a replacement at the time of pick up they just omitted the wraps from the order. The people who noticed and came back were offered a donut. I am wondering how many people got scammed today...

Horrible customer service. Girls in drive through screw up orders constantly. Worst Dunkin’ in the northeast.

Your basic Dunkin'. Clean but limited donut choices. Unique feature: they have a room upstairs for groups.
