I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in line for 15 min while 1 worker made the guys order in front me. This employee was moving at a snail's pace.Finally my turn, I ordered 2 iced coffees and a dozen donuts. Pay, get my donuts fine. Then he hands me 1 iced coffee and says have a nice day. I said I ordered 2. He then proceeded to argue with me then finally said well I only put 1 in on the register. I said ok well I'll pay for it I would like my other coffee. Instead of correcting his mistake and making my order, I had to return to the end of the line again, wait another 15 min only to get the wrong coffee. At this point I was already there 30min and just wanted to go. I will never return to this location. They really should work on training their employees in customer service.

Employees are weird and ghetto...donuts were old, stale and scarce in variety. Waste of space and pointless, been there twice each time was horrible

Donuts are not made in the store, they are defrosted. This store has had help wanted signs up continually for over four years. Maybe it's time to look at your training program instead of hire & fire.

Dunkin's IceIt seems like every time I get DD iced coffee, I'm paying for ice, not coffee. 3/4 of the cup was ice, that is ridiculous, makes me think twice about getting DD. If I wanted to pay $2.69 for ice, I would just go to the local grocery store and get a whole bag. Amount of actual coffee you get here is a rip off.

They never have anything/never stocked and the coffee is very watery and disgusting taste more like water than coffee and the staff are rude🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸

Completely unprofessional, screwed up my order three times at the same visit and I left and found my Boston cream doughnuts had not been filled, no cream or sugar was in my tea, and the flavoring was missing from the caramel latte
