Dunkin'

I did not figure it would take almost half an hour for 100 munchkins and a box of Joe that looked like a large portion of the coffee was poured onto the outside of the misshapen box.😟

I was on my way to work and always mobile order ahead of time. I try to avoid this location. The MANAGER tried telling me I didn’t order a coffee when I DID. She slammed the cup down on the counter and it broke. It takes the same amount of time going in to wait for food as it does waiting in the drive through. This place is 20 seconds from me but I recommend just driving to the Agawam location. I don’t trust their training here, watching them use the same gloves to handle different kinds of food. Huge health violations.

Breakfast fast. What else could you want?

My recent visit make me question the training in safe food handling the employees here. I ordered a Boston cream donut today and after the employee counted back $16.62 and cash and coins with her gloved hand proceeded to grab my Boston cream donut and place it in a bag. I then requested a new donut after pointing out why I did not want that one. The employee hooked on pleased took her glove off grabbed a paper and put that donut back on the shelf to be sold. She then proceeded with the same paper grab me a new donut and place it into the same bag. With all the illnesses that are spread through money and improper food handling, I hope that nobody else gets sick from improper handling of food that may be taking place at this restaurant.

Just like other dunkin donuts except they took a lil longer and got a drink totally wrong. But all in all ok. The automatic doors are different.

Ok...Typical Dunkin just made most of the order very wrong had to wait for 20 mins

I used to love this dunkin went to it every single day before work. They hired new people around January-feburary 2019. They are obviously untrained and very rude.. miss the old employees

Great ladies and coffee

Don't post that your doing free samples and not no how it works. Feeding hills Dunkin has signs up for beyond sausage samples. Yesterday asked how it works and was told they don't know and that it started Friday. Today if Friday and not they need a sample person! Also don't feel it is right to be charged full price for a beyond sausage on splain bagel with no egg or cheese.

Cant make a coffee... ever. No matter what you order your not getting it. I typically will order a cold brew black with 2 caramel swirl. What I get is 25% Carmel syrup 25% coffee the rest is just water. Put the straw at the bottom your drinking pure caramel move it up and you have watered down coffee. Even after stiring it it's still garbage. I know that I am not the only person who is has been having this problem at this location, but its rediculose. My co worker will order a mocha swirl and it comes out basically just the color of the syrup with a ton more stuck on the bottom. I'd add a picture but honestly at this point I dont think I'll be going back

Unbelievably rude staff. Asked for 2 cubes of ice for my child's too hot, hot chocolate. Was told they need to charge me for a cup of ice and just paid 50c for a cup of ice while I only needed 2 pieces. Most DD i go to are acoomodating to families with young kids. Never have I felt so embarrassed. Will absolutely avoid this DD in the future.

They never get my order right. Today I ordered a caramel latte and I got a regular iced coffee. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese, got no bacon. Also, the sandwiches are always cold. Most times I say nothing. Today I pretty much had it. What does it take to get a bloody sandwich right. Maybe they just need to get a mega dose of their own coffee so that they can wake up and do the job right.

Donuts here get more expensive each time I buy a dozen. At these prices they should use packages designed to keep the donuts fresh for couple days, not the 24 hours and they are stale stuff packaging they use now.

Quick drive thru, though they didn't have any regular ice tea, so I settled for green tea.

I love their coffee
