Easy_off_easy_on from exit 32 of state route 2(main Street state route 13),drive thru and outdoor seating available.Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and handicap entrance, easily noticed from the street in normal traffic.male and female restrooms available inside. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone.

Good service. The person working the drive thru actually listened to my order, unlike other establishments of this sort. They also took the care to apply the cream cheese spread to the bagels, whereas other Dunkin’s are too lazy to do so.Very nice 🐉

The Iced Caramel Swirl coffee is delicious. The flavor is immaculate and worth almost every penny. Speaking of pennies, it is a little overpriced but it is still good nonetheless. As Lady Gaga has once said, it is "talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before...".

One of the quickest moving drive throughs I've been to. Taking a right out of the drive through is very tricky, especially during rush hour

Staff here is excellent. They want you to enjoy whatever you're paying for. Several times have had to have manager come over to the window for coupon issues or what have you, the woman is awesome! She is so helpful and makes sure the customer leaves happy. She has given free donuts to my kids just because we frequent there, very pleasant experiences always.

Customer service needs work, they need to not give attitude when asking to fix a coffee that they made wrong. Store manager needs to be retrained, funny considering...it is sad, I had been going here for years I now go to a diffrent one on purpose.
