Dunkin Donuts food is good! The service at the Lutz location is horrible! These people act like they don’t want to be there..... took forever just to get a cup of coffee at the counter inside....No smiles, No Welcomes, No Thank you’sPlease to the owners/manager .....step it up

Product was solidClearly not prepared to facilitate the demand for Heart Shaped Donuts for Valentines Day.The best of promotions always come down to unit level execution, to be able to claim it as a success.Took over 20 minutes at the counter, only to be told i could not have 2 dozen of the heart shaped donuts. Had to settle for what was left, in 2 dozen i was only given 2 per box.These were as a thank you gift to my staff on Valentines Day.

Friendly and fairly quick inside. Iced coffee was perfect but the drive-thru lane was pretty backed up.

ALWAYS a great experience! I am very specific, some say picky, with my coffee and they nailed it! Do the survey on the receipt ... I redeemed my free donut code and had a wonderful soft fresh French crueller with my latte.The store is very very clean which I appreciate a great deal.

Love the coffee! But the donut was upside down in the bag and the chocolate was stuck.

We all have those days where we forget our wallet, today was my day. I ordered and pulled up to the drive thru window realizing I only had $3. I told the ladies that I would only be able to get one thing... digging for additional change to pay for a $4 drink. As I was pulling away, the server at the window said “listen we all have those days and we can’t really throw this away so please take it with you.” EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The empathy that was shown will never be forgotten! Kudos to the two ladies working the Sunday morning shift at 11:30 am. 🤗

They were so nice they repeated my order to make sure it was right

Service was so slow. Only 2 orders in front of me in the lobby, took over 15mins for 2 bagels. Need more hands on deck on weekend mornings.

Geesus 6 people in line and no one in drive thru and only 1 person helping the line inside. No wonder it is empty most of the time. There are better places to go. Actual incompetent not to handle a Saturday crowd of 6 people

Unfortunately this branch is in a very convenient location for me, but it is consistently not up to par. I've had multiple problems with orders there since I first moved to Lutz in 2018. Today I used the DDPerks order, only to arrive to no order at all. When the employee went to the back to make the order, she later found my order in the system. My suggestion: keep on driving.

Today I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me and only one car in the parking lot. Both cars in front of me got irritated and left due to the wait. I came up to the speaker and the employee asked me to wait. Waited for another 5 minutes and no response and then decided to leave too. Not sure if there was only one employee working or what the excuse was but unfortunately I’ll be choosing another location even though this location is closer. This has happened multiple times and getting old. Not sure if management reads these reviews but I’d hope things improve in the future.

Better prices than Starbucks. This day, I had more ice than coffee in my iced coffee.

My bacon egg n cheese croissant was so soggy. My pumpkin spice latte was lukewarm at best. So disappointed this morning. The only reason it gets 2/5 stars is because the donut holes were fresh.
