Takes a million years to get ice coffee and the customer service is abysmal. I thought having an easy DD to get in and out of would be nice, but I'd rather fight traffic to get into the DD on hwy 5.

It's not like I was gonna sit there for long, maybe 5 minutes, cuz I had somewhere else to be...but I got away with just sitting there last week, so haha to you.

Every time I order my coffee on the app (which I love the app) I get to the store and my order is incorrect. Instead of a hot latte they make a cold one which defeats the purpose of the app if I have to stand in the store and wait for them to remake my drink. This has happened 6 times between both douglasville locations. This morning instead of saying sorry I will remake it the girl says well cold is what most ppl order!!!!
