Dunkin'

I go on a lot of road trips and this Dunkin always pulls me back. Excellent customer service by offering plenty of options to choose from and always asking me how I want my order done. Super friendly staff and very patient even when there's long lines. 10/10 times my order is always correct and and accurate. I've even used the app to order ahead of time and they waited for me to get close enough to the building to make sure my food was always fresh and hot. I recommend this DD and would hope to see others follow their motto.

Everyone I have encountered is pretty friendly. The facility is under renovation and it's coming along great. You can get all DD products and Baskin Robbins at this location. They are typically busy when I have gone, but not much waiting. They also have some outdoor seating to enjoy on a rare cool Riverview day. Update. The renovation has made this place very bright and welcoming. The positioning of furniture and such is better placed now.

This location never had anything. How do you always run out of donuts when your called dunkin donuts. Every time ive gone there they say their out of this donut now they don't have any...or they over cook your food or under cook it.

I absolutely ❤️ Dunkin. I have my favorite locations that I frequent and this is always my first choice. The staff here is friendly and my order is ALWAYS right. They have offer both drive thru and dine in. If you're looking for a drink with no sugar, carbs or calories with a CRAZY amount of caffeine I highly recommend you give the Americano a try!!!

Delicious iced coffee. Quick service.

I will drive miles out of my way to come to this Dunkin. I've witnessed 12 cars in drive thru and within 5 minutes it's cleared and I have my delicious always on point x large hot coffee

Last Wednesday 5pm we came by, we ordered egg sausage croissants and frozen hot chocolate drink. They said well, no sausage and the frozen hot chocolate drink machine is messed up. Today at 5 pm we ordered the the frozen hot chocolate drink. Nope. Can't do it.twice we left without ordering anything. Very disappointed. We work in Riverview and I live near Brandon. I didn't have a problem getting what I wanted in Brandon.

Hi always would stop by Dunkin’ Donuts for an iced coffee, I’ve been to several locations, no problems, been here a few times, no problem at all, except for a few days ago when I ordered a drink, and I don’t know what it was but I felt sick the entire time afterwards, I will not be going to that location again, that was very random because I had a late breakfast and that was the only thing I drank after breakfast

This was the best dunkin. Made a special order and even told me how to ask for it at other dunkins
