Staff is unfriendly but they are efficient.

Food is good. Fast service. The plant based sandwich is good and it got better after every bite! Thank you for an additional option. Would have got 5 stars, but it seems that the employees or manager maybe took up a booth spot so my wife and I had to stand and let the kids sit. Not sure why they couldn't have sat in the 2 seat spots instead of the booth spots. 3rd time now it's been the same. Fyi

Very clean. However If using cash make sure you receive correct change. Gave a 20 the guy rang in a 10, took first to correct.

The coffee is great, the service is great and not as expensive as the competition. I love the app and order on the go. I have always had fast reliable service.

good donuts...but they are just going though the routine...no personalities no cares given it seems. I got a free donut because he didn't want to listen to what i was telling him...Oh well my gain...I wonder how many times that has happend?

Clean, great service. Milk was 3 days expired.

They are very slow lately

Good food and marvelous coffee. I generally don't frequent coffee chains but Dunkin may have won me over today.

We all love Coffee and as I have tried Dunkin Donuts for the first time, I decided to try their chocolate shake and 2 donuts. The donuts were quit yummy and the chocolate shake was not my favorite thing. It had a different type of flavor to it that wasn't something I would want again. The second time I wanted to try a different drink I got the Choco Mocha Latte On Ice ? I believe it is. Its really really good!!! They had whipped cream with drizzle of chocolate! The size small is perfect! I definitely would get that drink again!

Service was great but the manager or someone that works there took over the on section that has 4 seats and with kids its hard to sit on high chairs or chairs that dont seat all of us. And he didnt even offer to get up. He sat there talking over the 4 seat section with someone else while i stood to make sure my son didnt fall

Can be hit and miss. The girls make the coffee better then the men so go when they're there.

Delayed service which was no problem. I did not like that I was not acknowledged. Once I was, all good. Coffee with cream is tough to mess up. Tastes awesome I had already gotten doughnuts at Pana in Beech Grove, but DD selection looked great as always.
