Dunkin'

Their afternoon coffee is the worst, tastes like it sat in the pot all day, bitter and burned. I don't know how you can ruin coffee when it comes from an automated machine. The morning coffe is great, but afternoon is awful.

Everything's good here. Well, except the very long morning lines and the young women on the afternoon shift. Ladies, would it kill you to display a bit of customer service. At last count, the heavyset blonde in the afternoons has actively walked away from the counter when I've arrived upwards of 4 times. Never once uttering a greeting, taking my order OR calling on someone else to do so. I am this close to switching my DD loyalty to Starbucks, where customers are actually valued.

This Dunkin donuts is nothing but a rip off, I go to Dunkin donuts every day, Northport location, Toledo blade location, punta Gorda location, both Englewood locations and I never get treated the way I get treated at the one in CharlotteI wonder how many people they overcharge every time I go in there they overcharged me for my coffee.I was told that they would changing management and everything was going to change while that's a lie because nothing has changedthey still over charge me for my coffee this morning I will never go back there ever
