Dunkin'

Every time I visit this store they are not happy that I have a coupon for a free donut from doing the survey at the bottom of the receipt. They moan and groan that the numbers do not register in their computer. I am sorry but that long number is the one I received once I did the survey. They give me a hard time every time I walk in.

Coffee is awesome.

Staff is awesome. Most of them know what I want when I walk in. It helps at 5 am when brain functionality is low. Lol

Poor management , the boss is close friends with the supervisor very rude they talk about people and gossip , that’s why they running low on staff they have poor skills on managing and customer service. nancy is very rude mean and sneak diss her Own coworkers staff to be smart , don’t know how to talk to people she gets frustrated mad real fast and quick if nuns don’t goes her way she don’t know how to managed nun , the supervisors is sneaky and a lier , don’t let them nice faces fool you and they have a riodent running around in they place , you guys should really watch where y’all eat at

Dunkin Donuts is always Great. The iced coffee is awesome. I love my French Vanilla with Cream and Sugar lol. 😁

Messed up my order and gave me an attitude on top of that. Don't know if I'll be returning here again. Need better supervisors /management.
