HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The one guy that works there needs to get fired. I went tonight to get a caramel ice late and he filled the entire cup to the top with ice then when I asked him to please take out half the ice, he answered back so rude and I ended up getting my money back, not to mention that I have been there before for a donut and I saw someone walking out with their money back because of the same problem. How do you expect me to pay almost 5$ for a cup of ice?! When I ask for a latte & then have an attitude when I ask for what I originally ordered! I’m never going back here unless this guy is fired, it’s always an issue with him there. 😒 and by what I see in the comments, I’m not the only one complaining about this guy, yet he’s still working there...

When I came there the place was clean and big and they got my order right. And they have other things than donuts they have coffe,bagles, muffins, and more!

The man working today 6/14/18 around 12:30pm served me raw bacon in both my bacon egg and cheeses’. Also told me it was extra to put butter on my sandwiches. They were so dry and the bacon was raw. Had to throw them away, very disappointed

Anna (I think that's her name), she's great!Always pleasant! Remembers my orders! Says, Good Morning, etc.The other staff can be too talkative with one another! And they don't always practice good food safety (ie wiping their noses while preparing meals and coffees, handling their phones with their gloves on, etc).Not the first Dunkin Donuts I encounter this problem.

There customer service is so bad there parking lot is empty and it took about 5 minutes for them to take my drive they order. I work for food service so I was very disappointed.
