Nice place, nice people. Just be sure to be patient with the workers.

Messed up yet another order. The cashier was skilled in checking his cell phone for texts, but not so much at entering a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant; no bacon.... They tend to miss the "dark roast" as well and serve regular, but that happens to me all over western Massachusetts.

Ask for two creams and they give you the cow.

Worst dunkin donuts Location. Employees are not friendly at all. My order was messed up by their mistake, I realized after couple of miles drive, went back, they swapped it but like they are giving me a favour.

Im currently standing in line for 5 mins not one employee has greeted me this isn't the first second not third time I've had this experience if you check the camera for the last month alone you'll see me at least 6 or more times I've just got served after 7 mins and still waiting for my coffee this is ridiculous and should be attended to asap world can't run on dunkin when your waiting 10 mins for coffee

Most ridiculous place to get a coffee like all other dunking joints could get killed pulling in or out just for a cup of java

Horrible experience. They had no help and no coffee. Drive through took forever. We ended up going in to find out most of the coffee was unavailable.

This facility is both fast and friendly. They have always had my order ready when I've ordered ahead in the app.

Ordered Hot Chocolate and egg and cheese on a croissant. Gave me coffee, I went back in line 10 min later exchanged it for the HC. Got to my destination and they gave me egg, ham, cheese on a croissant. Went back to DD and they gave me a refund and as I waited for the croissant, the woman sneezes twice on whatever she was making. No turning head or sneezing inher elbow, totally disgusting.

All I can say is Vanilla chai with a Carmel swirl... Yes!

We came when the shop was closing, but the guy helped us give our order. Thank you
