Dunkin'

When I go in for a coffee and donut there is on cashier that always over charged me by 1 or 2 dollars more for no good reason. When she not there i'm charged the correct price. A large coffee and a glazed donunt should not cost me $6.03. That's how much she charged me this morning so I wanted to speak to the manager she told me he or she is not in, after that Iwalked out. when I walk in I always say good morning to who ever in front of me, I see no reason for this person to give me a hard time. I am respectful to everyone. I know it's hard to make a living out here, that's why I respect any and everyone.

The Cashier was so rude! I believe he was very prejudice as well . I had a promo code for a medium latte since last week and I wanted to take advantage of it because it expired in 2 days. I ordered the medium latte and I showed him my screenshot of the barcode because I thought it would be quick. He completely rejected me and humiliated me like I was not able to afford a $4 latté. He made me go into the app and show him, which I eventually did. Why do I have to go through all of this ? I’ve witnessed numerous people, specifically white people use this promo code without a hassle, so why does he have a different approach when it comes to me. I usually don’t write reviews as long as this but I felt humiliated. I will never waste a penny at Dunk-in Donuts.

Way to small and it was raining and they had the FREAKING air conditioner on LUNATICS!!!!!

We just visited dunkin donuts on 97 st. And Madison Avenue I have encountered the rudest cashier worker ever. I normally don't write reviews but this has to be told. We went in and we ordered some doughnuts and 1 bagel. The employee begins to rush me as I am trying to see my options. Then he proceeds to say that he charged us 69¢ more and to give it to him. I gave him a dollar and waited 5 minutes to get my change back and then waited 10 more minutes as we politely asked for it repeatedly and then throws it in our face and didnt even pack the stuff. The employee was rudest and most prejudice individual I have ever encountered. I will definitely not let my friends and family not visit this establishment again. He should be replaced.
