Dunkin'

I hate to give low rating but my coffee is never right ugh! And I love Dunkin!

Usually this place is good, but today when I pulled up to the drive thru around 125 I overheard the person on drive thru talking about spitting in someones coffee. I guess she didn't know how to turn the mic off. That's so nasty...

This location is severely understaffed. I’m second in line and wondering why the car ahead of me is sitting for about 5 minutes? Finally I hear the girls voice taking his order. When I get up to the window, I’m told she’ll be right with me. Apparently she’s doing everything. Most times their not open at 5 as the times indicate. I have to drive another 1.5 miles to the other location on Baymeadows. SMH

Drive thru lady named linda has no patients , very rude with customers ... When I try to correct my order she dont like that .. All they care abt volume , no service quality

The staff is unbelievably rude every time I go there.. but I guess they get my money cause I want a donut and coffee in the AM.

Cashier was unsure on how to make a peppermint coolota, so she made me that and a mocha coolota to let me choose which one i wanted,, she was so sweet, eager to please, and she provided great customer service. Best DD I've been to❤

Literally rudest Dunkin ever. I am a college kid and work in the service industry so im not like a Karen but the workers here are SO rude EVERYTIME I go. Today my friend was trying to put her wallet up to grab the coffee and the worker was standing there with her eyes rolled to the back of her head and sighed at us, and I tried to smile at her and received the dirtiest look ever. Not the first time this same girl has done that. Why even bother showing up to work???

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. If you have somewhere to be (like back at work from your break), this might not be the best place to grab “something quick”.

Free coffee on your b-day. But they jacked my order up. However I was too lazy to drive back so the experience was somewhat jaded. Free though. Gotta focus on the positive.

You should visit Dunkin because it is In, I'm, good. They are always fresh and the iced coffee is amazing. I know this rating makes you want to go there right now. Please do, it will take your day. 👍👍👍

Always makes my coffee the way I want.

Witnessed Linda, manager on duty, yelling at the employees in front of customers. Then proceeded to yell at customers (including myself) from her work station about their orders. This is never acceptable. As management, you should respect customers and employees. If you are overwhelmed, step away and recover.

Extremely slow. Burnt my bagel and served it to me anyway.
