Dunkin'

Donuts keep getting smaller for the same price. Needs to go bake to baking on the premises.

The usual. coffee, donuts, etc.Need to polish the take out servings especially when you regularly buy donuts by dozens, many boxes of joe.Need more delicate touch when packing to go.

Delicious, affordable food, beverages and snacks. I often go there for the $2 latte which is served at that price between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

This store was recently renovated and now its a nice clean open store. They also have a baskin & robbins ice section inside this store. So what can i say donuts or ice cream how could you go wrong plus the store is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. So if you need to get a sugar fix this is the store for u.

its decentthey did mess up my order once but the way they resolve order probelms and such like that is very good compared to other national chains such as Mcdonalds. there could be a hair in my donut or whatever and they would give me another donut, you know. or like they mess up my order, its supposed to be iced tea with lemon and they putted black coffee or whatever the heck that was mixed with that iced tea and lemon . sometimes the people do seem grumpy when serving you though, just saying. the line is average-not that long, and not that short. their ice cream at baskin robbins is to die for, its AMAZING!

This place is lovely, it has a seating area. You can also order ice cream if you want some, & Staff is nice

The night crew at the Dunkin' Donuts on 116th Street and First Avenue in Harlem is the best. Professional, friendly and a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. I had the egg and cheese on a croissant with a large Hot vanilla chai coffee and it was the absolute best.

It's open at 2 am,I was walking outside in the heat and needed something to drink...

Their iced coffee is the best!

Need better customer service. After order a medium hot chocolate and a 2×5 sandwiches we ask for an extra cup for sharing beverage and was denied at first. After an altercation with the server in which I offered to pay for the cup. Need to remember to trat better a paying customer.
