My iced coffee order was incorrect. I asked for extra-extra but it was made with barely any sugar. I ended up tossing the beverage out because it was so bitter-tasting. My receipt was never offered to me and it was thrown in the trash. Turns out that there was a free coupon on the bottom. I can say that this is one of the nicest Dunkin’ locations that I’ve ever been to. There are two comfortable sofas with a fireplace and tv. The other dining area has plenty of seating with tables and chairs.

Employees are mostly friendly but should make a greater effort to evict druggies hanging out in store and by the door... Seriously, I've watched people openly roll joints. And the kids these people bring in are out of control. Loitering.

The owner mushaca is very ingront. She curses u out if she gets a order wrong. The bathroom is always out of order. She has no chairs to dine in..

The cashier was distracted as she was taking drive-thru orders with the headset. I wanted to use my free coffee on my app. I tried to use it. They scanned my app. The cashier tells me it didn't come off. Now it could be partially my fault with how to facilitate the free drink on the app. How about some assistance? She knew I wanted to use my free drink. I won't be coming back to this location.

Great service but sometimes the coffee is inconsistent. I guess it depends who is working. You would figure it would taste the same all the time but it doesn't. Many times I had to return my coffee because it tasted too watery.

I work here and just fyi we close the front at 8:30 and drive thru at 9. We close the whole store at 10 pm. I hope this clears up the confusion
