Dunkin'

BAD! It was around 1pm this afternoon and I ordered a vanilla crème 🍩 to take home. I was so happy when I got it. After getting home I eagerly pulled it out of the bag and took a bite.. hmm no crème with that bite, so I took another.. still no crème. I kept taking bites hoping to be satisfied with creamy goodness ONLY TO HAVE MY DREAMS SHATTERED EACH TIME! Thanks for freaking nothing Dunkin'!

Love the variety of different drinks and food

Dunkin food is WAY overpriced for it's so called quality, but it's a once in a while getaway and my little boy likes an egg wrap once in a while. Good customer service though!!

Bring back the styrofoam cups. The large paper cups do not keep coffee hot more than 10 minutes. I stop every morning...not going to keep doing so for luke warm coffee. Hope things go back the way they were. Great location with friendly staff though.

Some staff is the friendly and most amazing staff and some are so bad one day I was given my "coffee" without the coffee and just the milk lmfao and I literally showed them after working a 12 the next day. I'm not sure why they dont make more chocolate frosted with sprinkles if they always run out? Some of u are so awesome I wish I had ur names to brag about u here but I dont I'm sorry

Yesterday April 28th I had an amazing experience at this location to young women 1 of them said it was their first job they were super bubbly & extremely helpful (w/ me having celiacs) so I drove back from Boardman tonight 1145p 29th of April. I ordered the lady was very rude, The way she treated me, looked at me, huffed & puffed, handed me or more like deliberately made it hard for me to get my change & my products, after struggling I left the $1.50 something. Sadly, I don’t think I can go back to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore, I understand it’s not really Dunkins fault but some of these locations have horrible mean people working there & this is my time I’m out & working & unfortunately it seems like this is when these people are working. It’s an hour later & im parked next door because I literally got that worked up!
