Dunkin'

Miss Monica is the employee every Dunkin' needs! They were out of the sandwich I wanted and she patiently helped me navigate through the menu to find something similar. She was sweet and friendly. Thank you

Ordered a croissant, get a cold stiff one. Ask the server to please warm it up with some butter, thank you. Get back an almost burnt croissant and about 2 tablespoons of non melted butter. The only good thing about this order, the coolata. I really don't appreciate the sarcasm. They should really learn how to treat people and not get angry for someone expecting their food a certain way. We are paying for it. And overpriced too. Smh.

The coffee is good. I didn't go inside.

Nice and convenient coffee place near the hospital. They're coffee is good, and they always have some special deals in the afternoons. Wish the service was a little faster though, but could be because they stay busy 😁

This is probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to in awhile. The drive-through has literally been broken probably for three weeks the first week they had a car parked at the entrance to block anybody from going through now they said their credit card machine is down so they can only process cash last week it was that they didn’t have enough staff to run the drive-through. They never have the items that they have advertised. Sometimes the inside is open sometimes it’s closed at 7pm, guess it just depends. The staff is not very adequate at all either. Every time they seem to have great staff it seems as though they quit. Just not the best run Dunkin’ Donuts. Like someone else said I would rather pay the $6.50 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks and save myself the aggravation.

This the best location I’ve ever been in. I don’t normally write reviews but after visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location and being greeted by a very friendly staff I felt I had to. I would recommend this location over any other in the Dunkin Dounuts portfolio. Not to mention the bathrooms were extremely clean!

Usually they're so organized but like wow, to hear you didn't even know I sent an order in??? Come on guys. And sadly they've stopped stirring the coffee because I guess that just takes so much more time, even though we're already waiting 10+ mins for you to even realize you had an order. I order on the go so I can get to school, I've never had an issue with the staff until today and it was a real disappointment.

A new manager came in last week (Nov 2019) and is going to ruin this location!He speaks to the young people working there horribly! Some people enjoy using there little power... too bad.

Service is awful here. I waited 15 mins inside for them to make me a power breakfast sandwich. Smh. The inside, where you sit, the tables weren't wiped down and floors needed mopping.

Went to the drive thru this morning I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and toast it I didn’t check it until I got to work well guess what they gave me a plain un toasted bagel and she plastered the cream cheese smh made me late for work and all for that they weren’t even that busy 😕
