very nice Dunkin donuts but they try to get you in and out they don't show you what they have to offer they just say,, what you need and get it and you go that's not good.. don't rush your customers you missing out on a good thing it's what I say

Most people usually just go through the drive through so the inside isnt frequented as much.

You mean "why don't they answer the phone at the busiest time of the day for a donut and coffee establishment?" I'd say it's probably because they're doing things that will lead to revenue
