Dunkin'

I ordered a small mint tea with sugar and I was given a hot chocolate. The worst part is that I stood their and waited for my tea and they never called my number and I was the one to point it out that it was on the counter waiting for me. I only realized that it was chocolate after I was on my way home on the crosstown bus.I would expect them not to rush looking at orders and make the wrong tea but they are always like this so I guess that’s on me.There have been plenty of times where I’ve ordered things and waited 10-30 minutes only to find out they completely forgot my order. And a few of their employees are extremely rude and ignore you and talk to each other while your waiting to order or when you are trying to talk to them .Although this is the most convenient Dunkin for me to access,I will no longer be purchasing from them and honestly I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from The Dunkin Donuts franchise and I do not plan on purchasing from any of their establishments.

Pretty good experience for me. I placed a mobile order for the ice latte special, which wasn't quite ready when I got there, but arrived a minute or two later. There's a fine line between ordering a few minutes earlier to have it ready when I arrive or to have the drink freshly-prepared.

Drinks and food are normal DD goodness, the staff made my ice coffee the way I like it so that is a major plus. Cons:Dirty floors and sticky tables - I sat for 45minites and no staff came to clean or sweep. Loud - looking for quite haven, this ain't the place. The source of the noise pollution are the loud staff speaking and yelling in their native language and the obnoxious college students.Best to pop in and go if you are in the area. But towards the end of my 45 min stay, the place got quite, but caveat emptor.
