The city needs to help the business not be overrun by homeless. They manage it well but guests are constantly solicited

Oder my coffee from the App sad to say I wasted my money ..... first and last time Ordering from this location today.... had 5 Sip of coffee and I believe I was drinking milk water syrup and ice..... never did I taste coffee when I picked up the coffee and you something was off........ sure did send me right to the bathroom . Shame on the workers at this location.

The staff recently became so slow in getting lines out and giving people their order in a timely manner.Half the time its really helpful staff and the other half of the time it's great!Lack of consistent quality customer service is aggravating especially since some servers add too much or too little cream or are too rough with handing food. I don't want a messy bagel or my coffee dripping when it's handed to me.The self serving area is messy or empty and often dirty.I stopped coming here 2 years ago and drop by when ever I'm in Yonkers but it's just a waste of time.That and my personal taste has changed. D&D doesn't have a good taste at all for the most part but this is just my foodie opinion.
