Rude. Bad customer service. No correction by management when staff is wrong. 2nd time now. Not going back i would rather walk to get better service. Wow!

Always cozy in the back!! I ordered two breakfast coissants with a large Dunkachino(with a shot of coconut). What a great deal on a chilly morning.

I usually enjoy everything. Coffee/service is usually good. This is the second time I had to bring back a muffin. There was waaay to much butter.

This DD is quite clean and a great place to host intimate styled meetings. I like the window seats can do "People Watching" while enjoying your coffee and donuts. The staff are friendly, always greeting customers with a smile. I have been satisfied with their customer service and can't wait to take a nice stroll over there again soon. The only negative is it's bit far of a walk to this location.

Friendly service but buyer beware. Check your order before you leave as the bagel with cream cheese I order had barely any cream cheese.

Ordered 2 drinks. One medium and small drinks. It's just machine based not drip coffee. My medium some how ended up to be half full or whatever that small sized was. Furthermore the cashier was rude, when I was standing right in front of her, waiting to be served. She decided to ignore me and call out next customer. Are you racist or just dumb?Never go back there again!
