Dunkin'

The worst DD I go to. My order is wrong .75 of the time. Not kidding. The two stars are for the two employees who work their behinds off and pick up the slack for the rest, and smile while doing it. The employees are SLOW AND ANGRY. I get it...it's a very busy store but it's part of the business. Waiting 10 minutes for your coffee is unacceptable. And if your customer complains (under their breath) you do not get confrontational with the customer. Yeah, that happened. Only today there were only 3 people waiting for coffee, and this one young man who was moving like the walking dead decides HE'S FED UP. Management, retrain your staff.

I wont come back to this location. ice coffee is watered down you can look at it and tell no matter how much you add/ask for it tastes like water so u just have to get alot of flavoring which isnt good for us smh the sister at the counter was also extremly rude I'm not sure why

This place sucks! First, they always close early! I came today at 10:30pm, but they were closed already, guys do you wanna work or what?👎👎👎Extremely not recommend this place! Never come back there! Ever!

Value for money we ate breakfast here each morning while in New York and enjoyed it each time

A Dishonest DD Vendor! Adds extra water and ice to your coffee more than it's needed. If you order Ice Capp, you cup will be only filled to the half size (w. milk foam), and the lady manager will tell you why don't you order Large size next time. Stay Away!

The donuts were dry, staff was annoyed to have a customer; didn’t feel welcomed. Won’t return here

Owners of this business, why don't follow employees from cameras, employees is not there whenever I go..

Dunkin is a cool on the go spot and they work fast! I placed an order and the lady forgot my plain donut, she gave it to me at no charge. I felt weird so I tipped a dollar and said thanks lol!

If Italians want to take a cappuccino that looks like the real one go here (ABSOLUTELY AVOID STAR BUKS). Good also the donuts clearly.

I am a rare customer of Dunkin Donuts, first time for the last two years, but I tried a delicious cinnabon roll a while before which was fantastic so I decided to have another one in this place.Cinnabon roll in this location was nothing in comparison to what I tried before. Either it was not fresh or the cashier overheated it in the oven but it was hard, dry and nothing fresh, soft and creamy as it should be. One big disappointment:(
