These guys are fast courteous professional and awesome. Once in a while they need to clean the tables up a little bit faster but it's only because they're so busy at times. I like coming here and I come here almost every day.

Open 24 hours. Great promotions in the afternoon. Plenty of parking. Long booths. and some other seating..

Was in there this morning and waited in line for 10 minutes. They had only one person working in front.

I go to this location a lot because it’s on my way home from work. The younger guy who’s there is usually very nice to me, but the older guy isn’t very nice and kind of impatient. He rolls his eyes and shakes his head a lot and acts like everything is an inconvenience. I mean it’s clear that he dislikes his job, but he could at least pretend to be nice to customers. I’m also questioning whether or not he uses 2 gloves to make food..usually I just see him with 1 glove on, but I don’t know if he puts one on the other hand to make food. He also used a dirty and wet paper towel to wipe off the top of my drink which was gross. They could try to keep the place a bit cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Food is good, but these people are horrible with coffee.. I came in alot because it's right next to work, and I work opening shift, and I order the same thing every day, medium caramel iced coffee, with 5 shots of cream. The past 5 times I've went... no cream. Straight up coffee with maybe 1 shot of cream. Tastes so bad, and ruins my mornings. Last time I went, today, I told the cashier lady to make sure they put cream please, get to work, drink some, barely any cream, and almost straight coffee. Embarrassing. The workers dont realize they can make your morning good or bad.

This is the closest DD to me, and I HATE going here. Service is always slow. The staff is often busy yelling at each other or off in the back, not paying attention. One of the managers was very creepy and gave me his phone number on my receipt. I was extremely uncomfortable with it and the female staff member could definitely tell. She looked up from making my bagel to make fearful eye contact with me as I tried to brush it off politely and leave.Today I was told that they are raising the prices when I calmly asked why my medium coffee and bagel came out to $6.08. I realize that is beyond the employee's control and she gave me a discount, but the menu has it posted as $4.19. She stormed off after I paid and left me alone, waiting several minutes for someone else to wander up front and make my bagel. This is two bad experiences too many. You're better off going to the DD at Western & Addison or Ashland & Wellington.

If i could give this place no stars i could! Horrible service, the worker there did NOT PROVIDE good service drinks were NOT GOOD AT ALL, Coffee tasted like water and the latè tasted soo bitter, we didn't taste until after we left and ALSO we had ordered a small cup of hot chocolate to find that the cup had a hand written note of "tips" on it. Worker insisted he didn't use it for tips and i insisted to get a new cup, and on top of that he still had us wait to attend other people at the register instead of FIXING HIS SCREW UP RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I managed to snap a picture of the cup. Disgusting place to visit if they recycle their cups of "tips" to use for customer's drinks! DISGUSTING! Stay away!

Went to get the frozen coffee and the guy doesn't even know how to make it. It tasted something totally different. When asked to re-make it, he refused to do that, instead added more ice chunks and cream and hand it back to me. Totally pathetic, didn't expect this kind of customer service from Dunkin Donuts.

I forgot what to do to redeem the "Bears Win" coupon on the app to receive a free medium coffee. Rather than explain that I needed to pay with the app and the coupon would be automatically applied, the employee just wouldn't give it to me, and I left empty-handed.

Make sure you guys ask for your receipts!! He likes to charge full price and mark a discount but yet give you change of full price on a lot of orders so that he can keep the extra change and he won’t give you your receipt so you don’t notice. I use to work here just quit. It was the most frustrating thing EVER. All my co workers noticed this too but nobody wanted to speak up. Worst experience and job I ever had! On top that he pockets our tips and leaves 2$ for us which we had to split between 2-4 people. NEVER AGAIN! The managers name is HITESH. Be careful and ALWAYS ask for your receipts!!! Every time I would ask him or call him out he would act stupid or clueless like he didn’t know what I was talking about and then ended up saying he does that cause the register is short or that people give fake bills sometimes but he’s the only one at the register. He’s very extremely cheap!

Great and spacious location for corporate meetings and school gatherings. The owner was super friendly and professional. The place looks like it has comfortable parking and space and double exit from the parking lot in whichever location you’re headed. Al’s Beef is in the same plaza which is very convenient. It’s like the best of both words out here ☝️🌎👏

So my experience at Dunkin Donuts went well. The food prices were very cheap. The food I ordered was a chicken bacon sandwich on a ciabatta with cheese. I also got a water bottle. The food was served very fast. When they served the sandwich it tasted very good.The chicken was crispy , like I wanted it. The chicken and bacon were cooked well. The cheese was very neatly melted onto the chicken.The bun was heated well. Overall the chicken bacon sandwich was excellent. When we started to leave they started to clean the table for the next customers which is really good. I would recommend this to anyone because the food tastes good .
