Love the donuts. New apple cider n sour cream.

Went in for my birthday and had the app and they said I have to wait 24 hours to get my free drink. I dont understand that because in 24 hours its not my birthday. They shouldn't offer something that has a catch to it.

Horrible service! The drive thru is ALWAYS slow and you're lucky if they get your order correct. You have to repeat it at least 2-3 times then again at the window. The workers always have an attitude no matter how polite I am. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I go here often and half of the time my order is taken incorrectly or made inconsistently. I use the drive thru and most times there is a line. I’d give a better review if my drink tasted the same each time I ordered or if my order was correct 9/10 times. I also never bother with the sandwiches anymore because they always taste microwaved.

This particular Dunkins usually gets my order close but not quite right. Today was different which was very nice.

My orders are always wrong and I mean ALWAYS! I’m not kidding. They clearly don’t listen here. I can tell them my short or lengthy orders and they immediately say, “Anything else?” It’s like they purposely don’t listen to you. The people are friendly that work there but I don’t know what they’re doing to get my order wrong constantly. I even went in one time and told them I’m ordering inside because they always get it wrong in the drive-thru. Well, they had to re-make 2 of my drinks after repeating to me what I ordered since they still made them wrong. This location will close if they keep this up.

The first time I went to this place, they got my order wrong. Whatever, right? I thought I'd try it again. Today I went and not only did they give me a cold drink when I ordered hot (and had to repeat it three times), they didn't even ask what kind of donuts I wanted when I ordered three. I asked for a refund instead of a remake because I didn't have time and they forgot to add the donuts on the refund. I asked for a refund on the donuts and they grabbed a bag and asked which ones I wanted. They don't seem to listen and seem to get your order wrong a lot.

Went there today 8/25/19 at 10am got a dozen donuts and 2 ice coffees. Once we got home kids and wife ate there donuts. At about 3:00 pm I ate my donut. After a few bites I felt a sharp pain in my mouth. After spitting it out I found a metal shard that was inside the donut. I called them and the manager was not there so I spoke with the shift manager and explained what happened she took my info and said the owner would give me a call. I still haven’t had a call yet at7:30pm, this is the kind of thing that requires immediate attention. Completely unexceptable. May contact a lawyer.

I use to go to this location pretty much daily, but I have been very disappointed the past few times. I would go before working 3rd shift and no matter when I'd get there they seem to always cut off the machine that makes vanilla chais early. It isnt just an occasional thing it is constant. Also, the last few times I have ordered that drink my cup is barely half way full. My husband and i even went yesterday and both of our large chais were barely half way full and to top it off they were barely warm. Those drinks typically come super hot but they were lukewarm. It seems that each time I go the quality is continually decreasing which is very disappointing.

I ordered a jelly doughnut and it’s supposed to have sugar on it. It had no sugar on it. It looked like a hamburger bun with jelly in it. Sad sad sad. Someone actually picked that up and put it in the bag for a costumer. When I called back I’m told we can replace it or give you your money back. How about making sure customers get what the paid for.
