Don't eat here...... Quick questions. Did you get what you wanted when you came here? Did you get your order in a decent time? No, yea that's what you will get here.Extremely bad service.. Oh due read the unjust signs ... No refunds. You get what they give you. Cops can't help you get your money back...

Poor customer service!!! I pulled in through the drive thru as I do EVERY MORNING! I was approached by one of the cooks who asked if I wanted bacon on my TURKEY FLAT THAT I ORDER EVERY MORNING!!! He got very angry when I said there is not bacon that cones on the turkey flat.....he then proceeded to yell and asked if I wanted the sandwich or not....I declined, asked for the owner info since its a franchise....he advised they are not allowed to give it it so now I will take to social media!!!!

The bagel was like rubber and dry, the cashier wasn't friendly, I asked for plain cream cheese, they gave me strawberry. This is a disgrace. Never eat there. Horrible service. Where I wouldn't let my dog eat there. Shame on Dunkin Donuts. I wasted $4.62.

I literally stopped going to this place a year ago because I never got my order right. This morning I needed a pick me up just order a egg veggie sandwich which first, took forever. I just opened the bag and guess what? This sandwich has a meat Patty in it. This place is just the absolute worst. So over it. ( I have called their 800 number twice and complained but I guess hopefully reviews are what's going to encourage them to listen)

They are suppose to close at 8 pm on weekdays and when I visited at 6pm on a Friday evening, the doors were locked.
