S.E.I.U. Local 73 and CTU runs on Dunkin.

That's my favorite Dunkin Donuts on Chicago and Kedzie the people there are friendly always and the donuts are fresh

Horrible service. Got one girl working. Ordered macchiato and she gave me a latte. I said this is not a macchiato she said I just mixed it. If I wanted a latte I would of ordered a latte. She did it over and there was a bunch of black stuff floating in my coffee. I asked for a refund and she ignored me took everyone's order and made me wait 10 minutes before giving me a refund. Never again. What a shame on dunkin donuts.

Haven't had a problem with customer service but you can tell they hate working their and ice coffees taste like Diabetes.

They are great as usual. Way better than a couple of coffee shops going Wicker Park.

Service and coffee were ok but too many old men sitting and standing by the napkins and straws. Had to say excuse me just to get a napkin. Don't like loiterers in the store. Not good.

Love this location. I work a few doors down. Kevin is awesome he knows my orders beforehand! Always in and out!

Love this place cashiers are always nice. I go there everyday they deal with a lot of crazy and rude customers but they keep their cool. They are fast and have great customer service. Love how they make my caramel ice macchiato tastes perfect every time .

The customer service at kedzie& chicago is not two faced and don't have racial ties with customers or people they work around keep up the good work
