Great Dunkin Donuts! They're quick and very efficient, most Dunkin's don't give change for large bills so be prepared to pay with card. Staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

Terrible attentiveness to customer service and even worse: warm XL coffee; which I literally chugged in a couple minutes. Would’ve asked for a refund or exchange, but was not given my receipt. The staff knows this is a busy location -pick up the pace or let someone do the job correctly!

This dunkin is legitimately THE ONLY DUNKIN left in all of the greater Chicagoland area that is still good, I swear to God. All the others simply cannot compare. Staff is amazing, quick, and able to make a long line that forms immediately from a train coming in disappear in a few minutes. Not to mention, the drinks they make are actually delicious! If you ask for something specific, they'll do exactly what you ask for, unlike other locations. This is the only dunkin I'll go to nowadays, otherwise it's Starbucks for me

They got my order wrong twice in this location

Ask for a cup of water and they said they didnt have any water. Then I asked for just a cup of ice but they said they cant give out ice. After offering to buy some ice and being denied again, I asked to just buy an Iced Coffee just so I can get the ice... They said they will not sell any drink with ice to me knowing I only wanted the ice... Terrible customer service and just downright rude employees. Places need to stop hiring these kids.

Terrible service. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a dunkaccino. I received the dunkaccino and waited patiently for my bagel but somehow 3 people who ordered sandwiches after me received their orders and when I asked one of the girls for my bagel she rolled her eyes and looked over to her coworkers. Waited again for my bagel only to realize the dunkaccino they gave was so watered down. The smell was off and so was the taste. I again waited for another that tasted the same way. At this point I didn’t even have time to wait for another one or try to get my money back. I worked at a dunkin and I know that if it looks and tastes like that, it’s time to clean the machine which they failed to do. I don’t understand how they could serve me the same beverage TWICE knowing that the machine needs to be cleaned.

Used to be great..Now coffee watered down..Sandwhiches with eggs are repulsive..Quick service but disgusting food and coffee..Might want to skip your morning coffee unless you want to waste money

They dont give change for 100$ bills or fifties. No bathroom. The employees proboblypunder paid too...

I stop in a few times during the week on my way to work and I have nothing bad to say. I enjoy the service and never disappointed with my order. I am in and out in a timely matter. Excellent!!
