Dunkin'

I Enjoy going here for my cup of coffee. Employee Erika is great in learning customers needs, and provides great customer service !! Wasn't that great before she got there. Glad they added her to the team !

Was busy for the location. We had a slight wait but was cleanly.

Friendly service but difficult to find the entrance.

I went into this Dunkin and tried to use cash to add funds to my app and the girl told me she was new and didn't know how to do that. So I asked her if I could purchase a gift card and then I could use it to add to the balance on my app. She flat out lied to me and said they dont sell gift cards but I saw a kiosk with both gift cards and the corresponding envelopes (see the attached picture).

They definitely don't know how to make coffee in Orlando, Florida. I'm originally from Boston Massachusetts Live In The Deep South of Texas and they make better coffee than Orlando people. Do not get your little tiny little breakfast sausage wake-up wraps because they'll be as ice. They just don't know how to take the little tiny spoon and put just a droplet of sugar to make everything just taste so good.

My day does not begin until I have had my Dunkin donuts coffee.

I've only been at this DD once, so I don't have a well-rounded opinion yet. I walked in and there was only one employee, didn't seem to enjoy her job (maybe just had a rough day, you never know), and the shop was very dirty. Not one table was cleaned off, the floors were a mess, most of the chairs had mess on them, and there was a little bit of food on the walls. HOWEVER, my mocha latte was very well made, and worth the money.

Love me some Dunkin! I was on vacation in this area for a week and I went here every day for coffee, customer service was great and the place was always clean

OMG the donuts are a piece of heaven, if your trying to lose weight avoid this place but if your looking for a treat at a very cheap price pop in as everything is delicious ❤❤❤
