hot coffee is almost cold as an ice coffee. I didn't order Ice coffee I order hot coffee I order a black coffee with no cream no sugar why is it so cold that's very bad service

They have always been great, but the new girl who is there is absolutely amazing! She has superb customer service and is the QUEEN of customized drinks! I told her I am not really a coffee drinker, so she asked me what did I like. On my last 2 visits, she made me 2 of the most delicious drinks I've ever had suitable just for me. Awesome addition to this location 😁

It says that they close at 9pm but this is the second time I drove to this location and they were closed by 7:30pm. Someone should really take a look into this!

Just your average Dunkin donuts shop.The staff is nice though. I walk a mile and a half here to have a coffee and then walk back.

There must have been a change of ownership within the past 6 months because the entire staff changed...for the worst. The long line at 6:15 AM used to move quickly with the 4 workers cranking out coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Now, there are 2 people behind the counter and you cringe when someone orders a sandwich because you know the line will stop. I'll be going to though the Rhawn St. drive through from now on. Note to new owners: pinching back on workers to save a buck equates to decreased revenue.

The manager Fatima is disrespectful, and ignorant. Everyone else is ok I just feel bad that they have to deal with an unfair manager like her. I don't recommend anyone buying from that store Specially when she's around!
