This is one of the newer laid out DD with a bigger inside that is set up to funnel larger groups of customers through it so even with all the breakfast and lunch sandwiches they can still get you a hot coffee fast!

Every weekend I go to get my coffee and every weekend I throw it away without being able to get past the first few sips. I'm not sure what the person is doing wrong but someone NEEDS to train them on how to make a coffee. I'm really sick of wasting $. I go to this dunks BECAUSE my coffee is made perfectly Monday threw Friday ( most of the time) then Saturday comes around and yuck!!

Been here ab 10x and they never melt my sugar like I ask. I always get chunks of sugar in my mouth and frankly my caramel swirl does not take like caramel. It tastes like toilet water. literally. thanks Dunkin’.

When they first opened they had the best coffee. In the last 2 months the coffee tastes like water with a hint of coffee. Nasty. I will not be spending 3 bucks on a gross coffee. I'll go to the new cumbies and spend a dollar and get to make my own how I like it

Most of the time its good but it can be pricey. I don't understand why they need to charge you $.16 for an ice water when you are paying so much for coffee n donuts. I would understand if it was all I was getting. And napkins.. you have to ask for napkins most of the time n even then you get 1. For the prices, they shouldn't be so stingy on giving a few extra napkins.

Half the staff is rude and there hasn't been a single time I've gone here and they've done my coffee right. Can't seem to hold employees either as everytime I come in I see a new face. Only reason I come here is its right next to my work
