Dunkin'

Picture it: It’s Sunday morning and you had a great church service across the street and you’re full of joy and feeling good so you decide to stop by DD because it’s right there and you’re craving a French crueler. You walk in and order. As you wait for your drink, two employees start shouting & cussing at each other. One who is probably the shift leader (and lord forbid the manager) kept YELLING at the lady working drive thru and then she would yell back. The other employees looked so embarrassed to even be there! This isn’t even the first time this has happened either. So unprofessional! How do they have these jobs?! Those poor other employees who have to work shifts there..I'll give them two starts because at least my order is always correct.

Drive trough gave me the wrong order, went on a Sunday afternoon.

I was there this morning order the same i order all the time croissant with EGG, HAM AND CHEESE. No ham on my sandwich. I went back told the cashier. Another lady came out askin for my receipt very rudely telling and didn't ask for ham and had to pay to xtra $2 i told her no she kept on yelling at me saying i didn't order it with ham. I just told her give me the sandwich and i left. I called the store several times to speak to the manager no answer. People with really bad attitude shouldn't be working there. I will be going to the store tomorrow and making my complaint in person.
