I love it there now but a few months ago I gave them $20 for a latte and they have me change for a $5 I told them I have them $20 they said I was lying. I just started going There again because There are new people working there. The coffee was good that day but not worth $20

Greeted with a legit "grunt" after standing in front of register for 3 minutes waiting for the lady to finish her conversation with her coworker. I was the only person in the store. How hard is it to just say hello?

I'm on my way to D&D'S right now, idk who the person was that said Karima is a "grouch" ! Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I've known Karima for many many years when she worked for Angelina's Sub Shop and this lady always had a smile and kind words for everyone! As far as the rest of the staff, whether they speak English or not, i think they're all wonderful, hard working people. Have a Blessed Day.

Lady spoke or understood zero english!Also, no place to sit, its a pickup and go on your feet! Whats up with Boso, so many zero english people, also no spanish!

FEMALES: if Karima is working, DON'T expect service with a smile!I'm not sure how this GRUMP still has a job. It must be one of those "who you know" situations.She's ignorant, rude and DEFINITELY hates women!No matter how many times people complain, she is still there! I would not want her working for me. I've had to bite my tongue many times. OUCH! It's beginning to hurt! Get RID of the BITC# !!!

If u go through the drive-thru I always screw up your coffee

Although it was packed the service was still good and fast.

Pretty great atmosphere & not worry worry much about weird folks here. Times I've been there not busy

Cashier used same gloves he took my $ with to make my food! I told him that it's unsanitary! He said he didn't touch the hashbrowns with that hand, he used tongs to pick them up. Are you serious dude!? I just watch you! Refused to give refund and was very rude!! I had my daughter with me, didn't feel safe, so I left!! Meanwhile, I was so distracted with the unsanitary'ness that when I went to my vehicle and tried the coffee, it tasted extremely old!! Board of health needs to visit this location on weekends also NOT only during city hall business hours! Most businesses are aware of when the board of health is around, and they know that on weekends nobody is monitoring! Unacceptable! Will never go again and I will tell everyone to stay away!!!! There are 2 more dunkins down the road!! Both on Broadway!!

it was not busy like most

This place is really more a convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts in it even though the exterior gives you the impression it's a full fledged Dunkin's. The only place there is to sit in there is along the store window there's a counter with barstools & it's not the most comfortable let alone you feel weird there because all of the traffic & pedestrians outside can watch you. The coffee's awesome as usual though.

Both customers and employee's are pretty rude.
