Dunkin'

Horrible place! They make up their own prices and charge extra on top of what the set prices are. I ordered my usual Jalmaco almond shake with whip cream and she charged me for the drink and said you have to pay another dollar for the whip cream, which I believe is Illegal. From my understanding all Dunkin Donuts have to charge same set prices. They truly take advantage of customers. Never going back there again.

Dirty, orders come out wrong, they mop the floors right where you are eating and slam the pails around, this last time the coffee was wrong and no one speaks English well enough to understand “dark no sugar”, the coffee is watered down to no taste. Shut this pigsty down!

They will never get your order right. 3 times I would repeat my order ask for skim milk and the worker still made my coffee in whole milk.

In the last month they've messed up my order multiple times when I order through the app. Employees take forever and are barely competent. Won't be surprised when this place closes

There is always same lady in the morning, she is always very rood and unhappy with customers.

Worst Dunkin’ I have been to if you can avoid definitely avoid.

My favorite Dunkin’ Donuts of all time!

I was told my $10 GC had only a few dollars on it.....and I know definitely it had $10. The lady next to me ordering said she had more money on hers too when they told her the value was. Something seems to be wrong with that. I wish I could give them more stars because they're donuts, muffins and coffee are fresh. When using gift cards, make sure you know what they are worth before going there.

Terrible service, Bad ice cream!My sister ordered one ice coffee, two ice creams, and few donuts for us around 3: 30pm today. Their cherry ice cream tasted as bad as their customer service. The ice cream was half crystalized with ice, somewhat discolored, and I didn’t taste much flavor at all. So I went back to the store and asked them to change it but they refused it because I ate a spoonful of it. Come on! I only had a spoonful. Horrible customer service. The cashier didn't even want to look at the ice cream that I brought to her. She just kept saying that there’s nothing they can do because I ate it. Don't buy Ice cream here.

Personally, I like their coffee and donuts. They renovated my local shop though, reduced number of seats and removed the public bathroom. That wasn't kind, on 108th St, Forest Hills. And they removed all sandwiches but grilled cheese that aren't with eggs in them, so that upset me too. I can't eat eggs.

Basically. The service here is terrible. Horrendous. The Dunkin’ Donuts worker “Ireen” and a younger looking worker both were incredibly rude, refused to give us our order, and followed that up with saying sarcastically if we went to school. Unbelievably unprofessional and just terrible environment. 10/10 would not recommend if your trying to keep all your brain cells. I would suggest walking a bit more and going to the Dunkin on 67th instead. And just go to Starbucks. Because this Dunkin ain’t it.

Haha.nice donuts. Great people works here (even sometimes they give me a wrong order) it's fine haha (I'll not die if instead coffee they give me frappuccino) oh and I'm somehow learning hindi language now :P

Avoid this place. Staff is very mean except for Meena. They closed early at 9:30pm! Azmul is very rude!

They Never Serve There drinks there you need to ask like 5 times for them to do it
