Dunkin'

Went through the drive-thru, where there are no prices posted, and got an iced latte. Somehow it was both horribly bitter and unbearably sweet?? Had to throw it out. I'm sure the staff are doing the best they can at this crazy time, but something's wrong. I didn't get a receipt so I'm not sure how much I spent on this drink - thankfully they still had plain donuts in stock.

Poor service. Ever since Louis left they seem to have gone down hill. I have to repeat my order 2 or 3 times and even then its a 50-50 chance on whether its correct when I get to the window.

How dare you come to our communities and put no chairs/tables inside for patrons. Drink coolers locked. Never have what is advertised. Won't shop there ever again!!

I guess the cashier didn't hear me when I gave my order. Going back during lunch to correct my breakfast was a 30 degrees, chilling, cold experience for me.

Bought a cup of coffee on my to work that was too sweet on June 24, 2019. I tried calling several times that day, no answer. Called again several times the next day, no answer. Returned to location on third day, June 26, with full cup of coffee, plus, original receipt and was told by the manager that they wouldn't replace it because the coffee was too old then he walked away. I asked the cashier for the manager's name. The cashier told the manager that I was requesting his name in another language(Indian) and the manager responded "Mike". I'm pretty sure that's not his name. They are very disrespectful and rude at this location. I expect to get the respect that I give. This manager needs to get out of the customer service field. He's horrible!! They have lost a regular customer over a $2.62 cup of coffee.

It's very clean and the workers seem very mature. They have fresh food and good service. It seems very popular with cops on their lunch break. I think for this reason the area is a lot safer than what it use to be.
