Great location, they were fast and courteous. Clean tables and enough space to sit and enjoy a coffee.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHUBBY MANAGER WAS RUDE, SAID HE'D REFUSE ME SERVICE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY I ORDERED. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID THIS DD GO ELSE WHERE, WE DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING EVER. WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!

Their server/Cashier says they don't carry spoons or knives but they sell breakfast sandwiches and jelly. 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Also the microwave timer is extremely loud and annoying. Other rehab that....yea good!

Never would I go here again... terrible costumer service... I was waiting on my ice coffee for almost 30minutes and when I did get it just didnt taste right.. then I went to talk to one of the employees and she yelled at me. VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Dont go here listen to me.... 😡😡🤬🤬

This is my favorite Dunkin in the city - seems to be freshest doughnuts, plus best (!), most efficient staff. I wish I made note of names - they deserve a bonus :)

My On the Go coffee was missing upon arrival but staff was very friendly. She remembered making it and repoured ASAP.

I recently moved offices and thought it would be convenient to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. But after trying to fight traffic and parking and the panhandlers it became frustrating. But yesterday at 3 o’clock I stop by for a couple donuts and a soda. I asked for a cup of ice and she told me it would be $1.19 plus tax. I argued with her that I’m sure what that policy was for was for people coming in asking only for a cup of ice and not a purchase but she did not care and neither do I. But I wanted to make sure people knew that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience You will find.

A 24 hour coffee place in this part of river north is uncommon yet extremely useful when pulling all nighters studying.
