635 went to go inside light that says drive through only wasn't on so thought the inside was open now I'm sitting in the drive through 15 mins later and 2 people in front of me HOREIBLE

Keep taking away good food items, app doesn't always work and they don't follow up with tech app issues

Orders take forever to fulfill. People are on their phones instead of working and there is only 2-3 people I see ever really working. Needs new staff

I love this Dunkin except late at night or early morning!!! The older woman that works there never acknowledges your at the speaker unless you beep or say hello and after 10 minutes then she takes my order and still gets it wrong!!! I’ve bought sugar to keep in my car because getting to work at 5:30am with coffe that has no sugar is the worst!!!
