Not pleased with my experience at this location. Employees need to have access/ability to edit/cancel mobile app orders. Unapologetic attitude doesn't help either. Coffee regularly below average to bad.

Ghetto as hell. I had one girl at the drive-thru arguing with me about flavored iced teas, and then her work buddy got on HER headset and started arguing with me as well. They over cook EVERYTHING to a crisp. Go down a few more streets to the other Dunkin, much better over there.

This is the easy and quick Dunkin on BP road in Milford. The other is 1/2 the speed of this place.Like all Dunkins, the coffee and food is the same.

I bought a box of joe and 2 dozen donuts for my favorite crew at Shoreline Dental. First I noticed how clean the place is. And the young who took my order, was extremely friendly and helpful.Best of all, she got my order perfect. I know this that she wrote everything down on a piece of paper before she commenced filling the order. My friends at sShoreline to were so grateful and told me how sweet I am. I told him that's why I'm always at the dentist office.

They literally never get my order right and then act like it’s my fault. I emphasis no cheese on my order, they repeat it back correctly, and then there is cheese. And when I tell them I asked for no cheese they tell me I didn’t and give me attitude . It’s worth the drive to go to another Dunkin’ just for better service and manners

This place screwed up my order today 4/5/18 and also the last time I ordered as well a few days ago. Wrong sizes and wrong flavors. A Vanilla chai is not a hot coffee with vanilla in it. They need better training. Also having your kids in the lobby in the early AM is bad. Your job isnt a daycare
