Dunkin'

They get my order wrong every single day in the drive thru. It’s closest to my job so I have no choice but to go to this location. When called manager to pick up a new order they claimed they never got my call

Pick a different location!!! I used to go here all the time but the last month or two they’ve gotten my order wrong every single time! Must be new staff? Literally ordered a coffee with cream and got some sort of hazelnut thing and ordered bacon egg and cheese and got cream cheese... come on...

I love Dunkin it's like every other one.

I will not give this Dunkin donuts no stars the manager from Pakistan or where ever, he is very rude don't have any customer service skills, and he don't know how to read. I have a coupon and it clearly states $1.00 any size iced, or hot and he"s taking a $1.00 off he say you go somewhere else but I give $1 off, the coupon doesn't say that. Don't waste your time stop shopping there make him suffer. That's why it's empty in there all the time because the service sucks. From this day forward I will no longer shop there and I told him to keep his coffee he would have been better off saying he don't honor the coupon.

This DD is right across the street from a Divvy station, so you can grab two 🥓 egg and cheese croissants and then bike to work! The drive-in always has a car in line during the morning, and the parking lot can be a tight squeeze. Inside is always clean and rarely crowded with people waiting to pickup. I've never gotten donuts here, but they have a good selection at 8:30, so I assume if you need something, they will have it!

Worst DD location in Chicago. Bad customer service and the app discounts don’t seem to work here. Avoid at all costs!

The manager is so rude. Went in and asked for a free coffee since the bears won and the manager refused so I showed him the coupon on the dunkin app. Then he argued with me and after a while he finally yelled at an employee to make an iced coffee without asking me for what kind of coffee I wanted and asked for the next customer without hearing my actual order whatsoever. He totally brushed me off and was rushing me without getting the correct order. When I called him out on his bad service he kicked me out.

Great place, very friendly people. They have new cappuccino machine and you should try it, it is really good.What else to say, it is Dunkin

I normally never write reviews, but I am going out of my way for this place. Nearly every time you walk into the store it is a screaming match between the employees and the manager. If you’re unfortunate, they may even yell your order back at you. This place has some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Prepare to feel belittled and like you’re a burden just for ordering a coffee or ice cream.
